Jerome Mahoney
Jerome Mahoney has been the Non-Executive Chairman of the Board
of Directors of Trey Resources, Inc. since January 1, 2002. He
is also the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of iVoice, Inc.
In 1997, Mr. Mahoney established International Voice Technologies,
which subsequently merged with iVoice, Inc. in 1999. From 1993
to 1997, Mr. Mahoney was President of IVS Corp. In 1989, Mr.
Mahoney founded Voice Express, Inc., a New York company that
sold voicemail systems and telephone system service contracts
and installed these systems. From 1988 to 1989, Mr. Mahoney was
Director of National Accounts at Executone Information Systems,
a telephone systems manufacturer. Mr. Mahoney received a B.A.
in finance and marketing from Fairleigh Dickinson University,
Rutherford, N.J.
Mark Meller
President and CEO
Mark Meller has been Trey Resources' president and chief executive
officer since September 2003. Since 1988, he has been chief executive
officer of Bristol Townsend
& Co., Inc., a New Jersey based consulting firm providing merger and acquisition
advisory services to middle market companies.
From 1986 to 1988, he was vice president of corporate finance and general counsel
of Crown Capital Group, Inc, a New Jersey based consulting firm providing advisory
services for middle market leveraged buy-outs (LBOs). Prior to 1986, he was a
financial consultant and practiced law in New York City. He is a member of the
New York State Bar.

Jeffrey D. Roth
President and CEO
Jeffrey Roth has been SWK Technologies' chief executive officer since June 2004.
Since 1999, he was director of business affairs and interim CFO (consultant)
at National Artists Management Company, Inc., a Broadway production organization
(producers of Chicago and Annie Get your Gun). From 1991-1999 he was principal
and chief operating officer at The Lilli Group, Inc., a $40M manufacturer and
distributor of knitted apparel products for Gap, Old Navy, J Crew, Eddie Bauer,
The Limited etc.
Lynn Klein Berman
President
Lynn Klein Berman founded SWK Technologies Inc. in 1989. She is committed to
providing exceptional technology systems and services, while building lasting
relationships to improve the success of SWK’s clients. She upholds the
company’s mission statement to be a different kind of IT consulting company
by providing clients outstanding value, responsive service and superlative results.
Prior to starting SWK, she was the CFO of a $45 million distribution company.
She is an active member of Information Technology Alliance (ITA), serving on
several of its committees. ITA is a not-for-profit, membership-based association
of leading CPA and IT firms that develop, deliver and support technology solutions.
She attended Rhode Island School of Design and holds a Bachelor of Science degree
in Textiles as well as a Graduate degree from Pace University with a major in
Accounting and Computer Science.
